Casey, you only think that Jim’s cooler because he got the awesome Paula Prentiss and a Steve got stuck with this annoying girl.

And you don’t wonder why Paula prefers Jim over Steve? Come on, Millie! Awesome ladies like awesome guys!

First of all, Paula and Jim’s characters ALREADY knew each other (and Paula and Jim were a screen team…SHEESH!).

Second of all, Steve didn’t want this girl. It was either take her or get killed by her father. So yeah.

(I love how we dragged Emm into the conflict, btw! ;-D)

Yeah, of course Paula and Jim were a screen team - they were perfect for each other! Steve got stuck with this dreadful girl because he just didn’t have what it took to get Paula. Jim had her first. (Seriously though, I can’t bear this girl - she is SO DARN ANNOYING!)

And yes, poor Emm! She’ll have a whole string of replies about the Jim/Steve wars when she next checks!

Steve is so desperate to compete with Jim’s coolness that he has to resort to unbuttoning his jacket! Jim does not need to stoop to these levels. He is the definition of classic cool.
